Let's Talk About Rates & Fees First...


Most services are $20.oo per hour.
  • One hour minimum is charged and additional time is billed in 15 minute increments @ $5.00.  So an errand that takes 1 1/2 hours would cost you only $30.00.
  • Mileage is included in the rate unless round trip is over 30 miles.  .55 cents per mile after the included 30 miles.  Our cost to travel 30 miles is almost half of the initial fee.
  • 10% Senior discount (over 55) is applied to the initial rate making it $18.00  Additional quarter hours are discounted the same 10%.  You have to ask.  Additional mileage charge is not discounted.
  • House "Waiting" for repair, cable, phone, utilities, package delivery, is $15 first hour, $12 per additional hour or partial hour.  Minimum charge is one hour.  10% Senior Discount available.
  • House "Checking" for vacation, extended absence, unlocked door, etc., is $15.00 for one trip with a response followup call or email.  
                    Daily House Checks - $60 per week - $200 per month.
                    Weekly House Checks - $15 per week - $55 per month.
                    We can arrange any number of daily checks.   Call for pricing.  Additional fees apply if you want us to
                    feed fish, water plants, etc., which we can arrange.
  • Grocery or other merchandise runs are priced the same.  We do not put a surcharge on your purchase.  We do require the pickup to be prepaid or a deposit supplied at the start of the errand.
  • Delivery Fee for large items requiring a truck or trailer:  Rates start at $40, mileage charge applies after 30 miles.  If you help load the item(s) there is no additional fee.  If we need to bring an additional person, that fee is $12 per hour or partial hour.

  Prepaid Monthly Plans are discounted:
  •  6 hours = $100
  • 10 hours = $180
  • 20 hours - $360  Best Savings.
                    No additional discounts on these plans, and must be paid in advance.  Additional mileage charges will apply.
                    Merchandise pickups will require additional deposit at time of errand.
                    Gift Certificates can be purchased and are a great gift idea.

Small Business Delivery Plans:
  • Small businesses can negotiate a plan to fit their needs.  If you need delivery at a specific time and or day, we can set that up.  If you need delivery or pickup on call, we can set up.  Prices start at $17 per errand under 30 miles round trip.  Call for consultation 505-688-5464.
We don't start tracking mileage until we get to your location.  If we can run the errand before going to your location, we start tracking mileage from our current location.  The errand timer starts when we leave our location.
